Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 4 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and diced
- 1/2 cup California walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl. Unfold puff pastry sheet on lightly floured surface and brush with honey mustard.
- Evenly scatter diced cheese, walnuts and cranberries on to puff pastry
- Roll up the puff pastry starting at the shorter side like a jelly roll. Cut into 16 slices and lay slices flat on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
