  • 1 cup vodka
  • ¾ cup cane sugar
  • ½ cup water, filtered and distilled

PREPARATION

  1. Blend the toasted walnuts in a blender. Mix with the liqueur. Cook over a double boiler until the walnuts have a pureed consistency. Cook the result with the sugar, stirring until obtaining a paste.
  2. Strain with a sieve and store in an airtight glass container at room temperature.
