Description

This martini is anything but traditional, and packs a fun sweet and salty punch.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. small batch bourbon

  • 1 oz. California Walnut Orgeat

  • 1/2 oz. salted caramel syrup

  • 3/4 oz. cream

  • Orange zest (garnish)

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker and add ice.  Shake well.
  2. Double strain into chilled coupe and garnish with orange zest.
