  • 3 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced (about 3 chicken breasts or 1.25 pounds)
  • 1 cup diced celery (about three stalks)
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 3/4 cup California walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION
