This creamy, high protein dip couldn’t be easier to make. Simply blend a few ingredients together, fold in walnuts and chocolate chips, and you’ve got a delicious snack or dessert in no time. Make sure to add fruit and/or pretzels to dip!
2 cup whole milk cottage cheese
¼ cup cocoa powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup California walnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Salt to taste
Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips, reserving some for the top of the dip.
Serve with fruit and/or pretzels to dip.
Add the walnuts directly to the blender for a smoother dip with less crunch.
To make this dip, you can also use an immersion blender or a food processor.
