Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads of choice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 6 ounces brie cheese, rind removed

  • 2 thinly sliced pears

  • 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

  • 1/2 cup California walnuts, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons honey, divided

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Remove rind from Brie.

  3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease. Add the flatbreads.

  4. Drizzle olive oil then layer Brie, pears, onions, prosciutto, and California walnuts on top.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the Brie is melted.

  6. Top with rosemary and honey. Serve and enjoy!
