Description

An easy summer appetizer ready in 15 minutes! Warm peaches with melty goat cheese & crunchy walnuts on top.

Ingredients

  • 4 large peaches, pits removed & cut in half

  • 4 oz goat cheese

  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp oil of choice

  • ½ cup California walnuts

  • Fresh basil to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat grill to 400F.

  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pit.

  3. Brush oil onto peaches.

  4. Add peaches face down and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

  5. While the peaches cook, chop walnuts and slice goat cheese into bite-sized pieces, and chiffonade basil.

  6. Remove the peaches from the heat, then top with goat cheese, basil, balsamic, and walnuts.

  7. Eat immediately and enjoy!
