  • 3 Tbsp grainy dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp honey

  • ⅓ cup California walnuts, chopped

  • ½ cup diced apple

  • ¼ cup diced red onion

  • ¼ cup diced celery

  • salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION
