Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized pear

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ cup fresh arugula

  • 1 tbsp crumbly blue cheese

  • ¼ to ½ cup walnuts

  • 2 tsp balsamic glaze

PREPARATION

  1. Start by slicing pear in half and then scooping out the center.

  2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the inner flesh of the pear and coat with ground cinnamon.

  3. Once pears are coated with extra virgin olive oil & cinnamon, air fry on 400°F (204°C) for 5-10 minutes, depending on your roast preference.

  4. While pears are cooking, chop ½ cup walnuts & gather remaining ingredients.

  5. Remove roasted pears from air fryer.

  6. Top each pear half with arugula, walnuts, and cheese. Finish with balsamic glaze.
