6 Endive leaves
3 tsbp blue cheese or goat cheese
1/4 cup California walnut pieces
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze
Drizzle of olive oil
Take 6 endive leaves and lay them out on a plate.
Spread ½ tbsp of blue cheese or goat cheese on each of the endive leaves.
