Description

This creamy Thai-inspired walnut dipping sauce is great with chicken satay or shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup California walnuts

  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce

PREPARATION

  1. Place walnuts in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.

  2. Heat gently and serve warm with coconut shrimp or chicken satay.
