WALNUT MILK

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

PORRIDGE

  • 4 cups walnut milk

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1/4 cup California walnuts (for garnish)

PREPARATION

WALNUT MILK

  1. Add walnuts to a medium bowl and cover them with water. Let them soak for about 1-8 hours. Drain the walnuts and rinse well.

PORRIDGE

  1. Once the mixture is to the consistency of your liking, serve the porridge in bowls and top with blackberries, raspberries and walnut pieces.
