4 ½ cups California Walnuts
2 ½ cups Pomegranate Juice
19 oz (540 grams) California Walnuts
21 oz (600 grams) Pomegranate Juice
Combine both ingredients in a professional blender.
Start the blender on low, then quickly increase the speed to the highest speed on the blender.
Blend 3-5 minutes until a very smooth consistency, scraping sides as necessary.
Cool over an ice bath, transfer into a container, label, and store in the refrigerator up to 3-5 days.
