Ingredients

  • 1 cup well-drained roasted red peppers

  • 1⁄2 cup California Walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
