Ingredients

2 oz. small batch gin

1 1/2 oz. California Walnut Orgeat

3/4 oz. apricot liqueur

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

Orange and grapefruit zest (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker and add ice.  Shake well. 
  2. Double strain into chilled coupe and garnish with orange and grapefruit zest.
