Shaved California Walnut Parmesan
DESCRIPTION
This vegan walnut Parmesan is great as a topping or in recipes. Add a pinch of garlic powder if you like.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup California walnuts
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Toss walnuts in oil, then sprinkle with nutritional yeast and salt in a small bowl. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Thinly shave on a mandolin like shaved Parmesan
