Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup California walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Toss walnuts in oil, then sprinkle with nutritional yeast and salt in a small bowl. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Thinly shave on a mandolin like shaved Parmesan
