California Walnut Korean Bulgogi Bowl
DESCRIPTION
A sweet and spicy meal in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice or riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Korean-Style Walnut Meat
- 1/2 cup ribboned cucumber
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 fried egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped, candied California walnuts
- Sesame seeds and hot sauce (optional garnish)
Preparation
- Place rice or riced cauliflower in a shallow bowl and top with walnut meat, cucumber, carrots, candied walnuts and an egg.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and hot sauce, if desired.
