Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice or riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Korean-Style Walnut Meat
  • 1/2 cup ribboned cucumber
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 fried egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, candied California walnuts
  • Sesame seeds and hot sauce (optional garnish)

Preparation

  1. Place rice or riced cauliflower in a shallow bowl and top with walnut meat, cucumber, carrots, candied walnuts and an egg.
