Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup California walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 1/2-oz.) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
