Grilled Peaches with Walnuts and Goat Cheese
DESCRIPTION
An easy summer appetizer ready in 15 minutes! Warm peaches with melty goat cheese & crunchy walnuts on top.
Ingredients
- 4 large peaches, pits removed & cut in half
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp oil of choice
- ½ cup California walnuts
- Fresh basil to taste
Preparation
- Preheat grill to 400F.
- Cut peaches in half and remove pit.
- Brush oil onto peaches.
- Add peaches face down and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- While the peaches cook, chop walnuts and slice goat cheese into bite-sized pieces, and chiffonade basil.
- Remove the peaches from the heat, then top with goat cheese, basil, balsamic, and walnuts.
- Eat immediately and enjoy!
