Maple Syrup Walnut Sauce
DESCRIPTION
This is a fantastic sauce to serve on roasted meats, like pork, beef or wild venison.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup California walnuts, toasted
- 2 cups maple syrup, pure
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons thyme, fresh
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a small pot, bring to a boil and set aside.
