Mixed Berry Walnut Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat milk (or substitute non-dairy milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- /4 cup frozen blackberries
- 2 tablespoons California Walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
