Nutty Colada
DESCRIPTION
Transport yourself to the tropics in just a few minutes with this cocktail (or mocktial) full of island flavors. Coconut, pineapple, rum and walnuts blend together seamlessly for your new poolside beverage.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pineapple juice
- 6 oz walnut milk
- 4 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 5 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Toasted California walnuts, fresh mint and pineapple slices (optional toppings)
Preparation
- Pour walnut milk and pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze until firm.
- Transfer to a blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into frozen daiquiri, hurricane or highball glass. Garnish with walnuts, mint and pineapple, if desired.
