Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons poppy seed dressing
- 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup candied California walnuts, chopped
- 4 lettuce leaves for serving
Preparation
- Combine Greek yogurt, poppy seed dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir well.
- Add in all other ingredients except lettuce and stir gently to toss.
- Serve overlettuce leaf.
