Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seed dressing
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup candied California walnuts, chopped
  • 4 lettuce leaves for serving

Preparation

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, poppy seed dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir well.
  2. Add in all other ingredients except lettuce and stir gently to toss.
  3. Serve overlettuce leaf.
