Thai Walnut Dipping Sauce
DESCRIPTION
This creamy Thai-inspired walnut dipping sauce is great with chicken satay or shrimp.
Ingredients
- 1 cup California walnuts
- 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Preparation
- Place walnuts in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
- Heat gently and serve warm with coconut shrimp or chicken satay.
