Walnut and Dijon Vinaigrette
DESCRIPTION
Adding walnuts to this dressing adds texture and since the nuts are coated they bring a different dimension to your spinach salad.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced California walnuts
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar and shake well to combine.
