As sweet as dessert, but all the goodness of walnuts and apple. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for quick snacks or for a light on-the-go lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup California walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 graham cracker sheets

Preparation

  1. Stir together walnuts, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir in apples and coat well in cinnamon and honey mixture.
  2. Spread mixture over graham crackers and enjoy.
