Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
  • 1/2 cup California Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 cubes Mankai, thawed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • Chopped California Walnuts and smoked paprika (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except garnishes into a food processor and process until smooth. Add additional olive oil if you prefer a thinner texture.
  2. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped walnuts and smoked paprika.
