Walnut, Mankai and Edamame Dip
DESCRIPTION
California Walnuts, Mankai, edamame and avocado are blended with garlic, lemon and smoked paprika in this savory dip. Serve with fresh veggies and tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
- 1/2 cup California Walnuts
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 cubes Mankai, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- Chopped California Walnuts and smoked paprika (garnish)
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except garnishes into a food processor and process until smooth. Add additional olive oil if you prefer a thinner texture.
- Place in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped walnuts and smoked paprika.
