Walnut Milk Porridge with Raspberries and Blackberries

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
PORRIDGE
- 4 cups walnut milk
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries

- 1/4 cup California walnuts (for garnish)
Preparation
WALNUT MILK
- Add walnuts to a medium bowl and cover them with water. Let them soak for about 1-8 hours. Drain the walnuts and rinse well.
PORRIDGE
- Once the mixture is to the consistency of your liking, serve the porridge in bowls and top with blackberries, raspberries and walnut pieces.
