Walnut Pomegranate Cream
Ingredients

- 4 ½ cups California Walnuts
- 2 ½ cups Pomegranate Juice

- 19 oz (540 grams) California Walnuts
- 21 oz (600 grams) Pomegranate Juice
Preparation
- Combine both ingredients in a professional blender.
- Start the blender on low, then quickly increase the speed to the highest speed on the blender.
- Blend 3-5 minutes until a very smooth consistency, scraping sides as necessary.
- Cool over an ice bath, transfer into a container, label, and store in the refrigerator up to 3-5 days.
