Walnut Romesco Sauce
DESCRIPTION
Perfect for summer grilling, this flavorful sauce is great drizzled over grilled summer vegetables or steaks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup well-drained roasted red peppers
- 1⁄2 cup California Walnuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve over grilled summer vegetables or grilled steak.
