Ingredients
- 2 pounds edamame, blanched, shocked
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons California Walnut Butter
Preparation
- Place the garlic cloves in a food processor and pulse until minced.
- Add the edamame, cayenne, and the walnut butter and process while you pour the water and oil in and continue to process until smooth.
