Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Flaky sea salt to garnish
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Preparation

  1. Prep and wash peaches then thinly slice. Set this aside.
  2. Grease a pan with butter. Sauté sliced peaches over low medium heat until they are soft and golden.
  3. Add a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon over sauteed sliced peaches and mix until combined.
  4. Add chopped walnuts and mix until combined. Switch off heat.
  5. In a bowl, add a layer of yogurt and add sauteed peaches and walnuts on top. Finish off with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
