Peach Crisp Yogurt Bowl
DESCRIPTION
Golden sautéed peaches are tossed with maple syrup, cinnamon, and crunchy walnuts, layered over creamy yogurt and finished with flaky sea salt. Simple, cozy, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 cup yogurt
- Flaky sea salt to garnish
- Mint leaves to garnish
Preparation
- Prep and wash peaches then thinly slice. Set this aside.
- Grease a pan with butter. Sauté sliced peaches over low medium heat until they are soft and golden.
- Add a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon over sauteed sliced peaches and mix until combined.
- Add chopped walnuts and mix until combined. Switch off heat.
- In a bowl, add a layer of yogurt and add sauteed peaches and walnuts on top. Finish off with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
