Ranch Walnuts
DESCRIPTION
Walnuts seasoned with dry ranch seasoning then baked until toasty.
Ingredients
- 2 slightly heaping cups California walnuts (1/2 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together walnuts and oil in a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over walnuts and toss well to coat evenly.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely then store in an airtight container
