Ingredients
- 1 medium sized pear
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup fresh arugula
- 1 tbsp crumbly blue cheese
- ¼ to ½ cup walnuts
- 2 tsp balsamic glaze
Preparation
- Start by slicing pear in half and then scooping out the center.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the inner flesh of the pear and coat with ground cinnamon.
- Once pears are coated with extra virgin olive oil & cinnamon, air fry on 400°F (204°C) for 5-10 minutes, depending on your roast preference.
- While pears are cooking, chop ½ cup walnuts & gather remaining ingredients.
- Remove roasted pears from air fryer.
- Top each pear half with arugula, walnuts, and cheese. Finish with balsamic glaze.
