Samantha Christine’s Smoothie Bowl
DESCRIPTION
Samantha Christine’s creamy smoothie bowl is a dreamy blend of Greek yogurt, chocolate protein, blueberries, and crunchy California walnuts. Topped with fresh fruit, granola and a sweet drizzle of honey, it’s the perfect feel-good fuel for breakfast or after a workout!
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1–2 tsp honey
- 4 tbsp California walnuts
- ½ medium banana
- 2–3 tbsp granola
- 1–2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Preparation
- In a blender, add Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, frozen blueberries, California walnuts, and honey.
- Blend until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick to blend, add a splash of milk or water (start with 1–2 tbsp).
- Pour into a bowl and top with walnuts, granola, coconut flakes, the reserved blueberries, and banana slices.
- Drizzle with a little extra honey if you like.
