Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1–2 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp California walnuts
  • ½ medium banana
  • 2–3 tbsp granola
  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, frozen blueberries, California walnuts, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick to blend, add a splash of milk or water (start with 1–2 tbsp).
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with walnuts, granola, coconut flakes, the reserved blueberries, and banana slices.
  4. Drizzle with a little extra honey if you like.
