Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 peaches (pitted and cut in halves)

  • 1/4 cup California walnuts

  • Optional: honey

Preparation

  1. Bake peaches at 400F for 15 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.

  2. Add milk, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon to your ice cream maker (this recipe uses a Ninja CREAMi). Blend until a thick, smooth consistency is reached.
