Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup California walnuts, roughly chopped and divided  
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric 
  • 1/2 ripe banana, sliced 
  • 1/2 ripe peeled and sliced mango, divided 
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice 
  • 1 (5.3-oz.) cup coconut Greek yogurt 

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Toasted Coconut flakes
  • Lime zest
  • Passion fruit

Preparation

  1. Place 3 tablespoons walnuts, turmeric, banana, most of the mango, lime juice and yogurt in a small blender or food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into a small bowl and top with remaining walnuts and mango slices. Finish with any additional desired garnishes.
