Vegan Walnut Cacao Milkshake

Ingredients
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup California walnuts
- 1-1/4 cups cold water
- 2-1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation
- Place dates and walnuts in a high-speed blender. Pour water into the blender to cover the dates and walnuts. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften the dates. Blend on high speed for 30 to 40 seconds, or until smooth.
- Add cacao powder, espresso powder, salt, cauliflower and ice cubes. Blend for another 30 to 40 seconds until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
