Ingredients
- 4 cups California walnut halves
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot curry powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 225°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl; toss well to coat walnuts thoroughly.
- Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes; stir. Bake for 15 more minutes.
