Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup California walnuts, chopped

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or cup, start with half of the yogurt. Add half of the berries, California walnuts, half of the chia seeds and a dash of cinnamon.

  2. Repeat the same process and finish with a drizzle of either honey or maple syrup.
