James Middleton’s Walnut Berry Yogurt Parfait is a simple and delicious way to start your day or enjoy a healthy snack. It’s quick to prepare, beautifully balanced and bursting with goodness in every spoonful.
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)
2 tsp chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup California walnuts, chopped
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
In a bowl or cup, start with half of the yogurt. Add half of the berries, California walnuts, half of the chia seeds and a dash of cinnamon.
Repeat the same process and finish with a drizzle of either honey or maple syrup.
