Chef Adam Moore has a passion for combining innovative advancements in foodservice equipment.
He fuses his knowledge of foodservice equipment with global flavors and ingredients to successfully develop exciting gold standard flavors and products for national accounts.
He is a Corporate Chef and lead for the New Ventures division at Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations.
He is a graduate of the Hospitality and Tourism program at Purdue University. He continued his training on-the-job as chef, manager and co-owner of multiple restaurants in the Midwest.
In addition to his culinary skills, he combines his operational, management and financial experience to help clients with concept development, account strategy and culinary sales.
Adam is also a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
