Byron Talbott
Byron is a New Mexico born Chef, Food Stylist, Photographer, and Culinary Influencer. Earlier this year he and his wife were planning a trip to Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse restaurant in Berkeley, California for a special anniversary dinner when it was unexpectedly cancelled. Determined to make the most of the moment, he recreated his favorite dish to enjoy at home to suffice for the long-lost culinary experience. Byron also shares his favorite road trip snack, a family favorite for traveling between Los Angeles and New Mexico, adapted into a delicious ice cream to be enjoyed at home.
Jessica is an award-winning photographer, videographer and home chef. She’s been cooking and blogging for the last 10 years. For the past 3 years, her and her husband have celebrated their anniversary in Tulum, Mexico. Since she wasn’t able to travel this year, she threw an epic taco party at home to recreate their missed vacation meal. To boot, right now she is supposed to be in Japan for the Olympics. To honour the trip she missed, she recreated a dish her family was really looking forward to trying.
Sari is a health food and wellness blogger. On her blog, Sari shares content that highlights healthy living & travel inspiration, and delicious recipes. Sari has spent the past 10 summers vacationing in Juno Beach, Florida with her husband. Having missed out on the nostalgic flavors from the crusted fish and tropical salads she usually enjoys, she recreated her own versions to take her back to that place so close to her heart. Also having missed her first excursion to foodie city Austin, Texas, she recreated a zesty southwest inspired salad for a fun date night idea.
