This culinary adventure introduced customers in Doha to a diverse range of American products, including California walnuts. As a gesture of good faith, the supermarket chain did not charge California walnuts for this campaign, which included a booth and promoters in the stores.
The campaign, graced by the US Ambassador to Qatar, Mr. Timmy Davis, demonstrated AlMeera’s commitment to providing high-quality American products. While at the California Walnut booth, the US Ambassador made a playful gesture by tossing a California walnut kernel into the air and catching it in his mouth. This entertaining moment was captured and shared on the US Embassy’s Instagram, as well as by local media outlets like Aqilahalaqilah and WGOQATAR.
This free promotion for California Walnuts reached thousands of consumers in Qatar and the GCC, and marked the start of a new relationship with AlMeera.
