The gelatin salad is a traditional family favorite which has had a place at holiday dinner tables for decades. Show us your family’s updated version of this time honored American treasure. The CWC is looking for your unique and modern twist on the classic gelatin salad. The winner will receive a $500 American Express gift card and their recipe published in the next issue of Walnut News. Prizes for second and third place will be given as well. All recipes must contain at least 1 tablespoon of California walnuts per serving. Recipes cannot contain other nuts. Full contest rules are available at walnuts.org/industryrecipecontest.
