This workout is all about maximizing your time. We fit three moves into each exercise to maximize your muscles in minimum time. Balance and core strength are also challenged in each of these exercises.
Tips – If you have the chance, slip off your shoes while doing these stretches. These are also great to do before an important meeting or presentation. These movements will help you get out of your head and into your body.
Focus on form and quality of movement versus quantity of repetitions. Using a resistance band is different to using hand weights, so the recommended repetitions that are listed by each exercise are just guidelines.
