What Foods Should Men Care About Most for Their Health
With heart disease still the leading cause of death for men, eating a heart-healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, nuts and seeds is widely recommended. I also like to emphasize foods with good fats that come from foods like olive oil, avocados, seeds, walnuts and fatty fish like salmon.
