1 cup California walnuts (blended into walnut butter or chopped)
5 California walnuts (chopped for extra crunch)
1 cup oats
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
Optional: 2–3 chopped dates for binding
Mix all of the ingredients together until a thick consistency is formed.
Roll the mixture into separate individual balls.
Allow the balls to chill for 30 minutes – 1 hour in the fridge and enjoy!
