Ingredients

  • 1 cup California walnuts (blended into walnut butter or chopped)

  • 5 California walnuts (chopped for extra crunch)

  • 1 cup oats

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: 2–3 chopped dates for binding

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together until a thick consistency is formed.

  2. Roll the mixture into separate individual balls.

  3. Allow the balls to chill for 30 minutes – 1 hour in the fridge and enjoy!
