Ingredients

Full Recipe:

  • 1 cup of mixed berries

  • A serving of vanilla protein powder

  • 60g of greek yogurt

  • 1/4 of milk

  • 1/4 of California walnuts

  • A little bit of ice

Toppings:

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • California walnuts for extra crunch

Preparation

  1. Add the California walnuts, mixed frozen berries, vanilla protein powder, greek yogurt, milk and ice to a blender. Blend until a thick, smooth consistency is formed. Don’t over blend! We’re looking to make a scoopable mixture, not a liquid.

  2. Scoop the blended mixture into a bowl and top with chopped fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries. Add more California walnuts for an extra crunch.

  3. Finish the bowl with a drizzle of honey.
