Brenda Anton’s vibrant smoothie bowl combines the crunch of California walnuts with the sweetness of mixed berries and a creamy blend of Greek yogurt and vanilla protein. It’s topped with fresh fruit, more walnuts and a drizzle of honey for the perfect balance of flavor, texture and nourishment.
1 cup of mixed berries
A serving of vanilla protein powder
60g of greek yogurt
1/4 of milk
1/4 of California walnuts
A little bit of ice
Strawberries
Blueberries
California walnuts for extra crunch
Add the California walnuts, mixed frozen berries, vanilla protein powder, greek yogurt, milk and ice to a blender. Blend until a thick, smooth consistency is formed. Don’t over blend! We’re looking to make a scoopable mixture, not a liquid.
Scoop the blended mixture into a bowl and top with chopped fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries. Add more California walnuts for an extra crunch.
Finish the bowl with a drizzle of honey.
