Addison Bounds’ Blueberry Walnut Pork Chops bring sweet, savory and crunchy together in one easy dish. Juicy pork chops are topped with a warm blueberry, honey and thyme sauce studded with toasted walnuts to make this meal simple, bold and next-level delicious.
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp honey
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1/2 cup of California walnuts
4 pork chops
In a pan on low to medium heat, add in fresh blueberries and splash of water. Cook down the blueberries for 3-5 minutes, or until they begin to break down and form into a sauce.
Add honey, thyme and walnuts into sauce and continue to simmer on low for 5 minutes.
In a separate pan, add seasoned pork chops and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 145 F.
Once pork chops are cooked, add to a plate and spoon the blueberry walnut sauce over. Enjoy!
