Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 3 sprigs of fresh thyme

  • 1/2 cup of California walnuts

  • 4 pork chops

Preparation

  1. In a pan on low to medium heat, add in fresh blueberries and splash of water. Cook down the blueberries for 3-5 minutes, or until they begin to break down and form into a sauce.

  2. Add honey, thyme and walnuts into sauce and continue to simmer on low for 5 minutes.

  3. In a separate pan, add seasoned pork chops and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 145 F.

  4. Once pork chops are cooked, add to a plate and spoon the blueberry walnut sauce over. Enjoy!
