Ingredients

  • 6 C Cauliflower florets (about 1 to 1 1/2-inches)

  • 3/4 C California walnuts

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/3 C Buffalo wing sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • Optional: Celery sticks, ranch, and blue cheese dressing

Preparation

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. Place cauliflower and walnuts in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well to coat.

  3. Working in 2 batches, spread in a single layer in an air fryer and cook for 7 minutes, stirring or flipping halfway through, or until cauliflower is crisp-tender and lightly browned.

  4. While the cauliflower is cooking, heat buffalo sauce and butter in a small saucepan until butter is melted and sauce is hot.

  5. Drizzle cauliflower and walnuts with hot sauce and toss well to coat. Serve immediately with celery sticks, ranch and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
